Pushed to the boiling point by their boss, three female co-workers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. They conspire to take control of their company and learn there’s nothing they can’t do—even in a man’s world. Set in the late 1970s, 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL is a hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era. Outrageous, thought-provoking, and even a little romantic, 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL is about teaming up and taking care of business—woman style!

This dynamic cast showcases over 30 singers from Quincy, IL; Camp Point, IL; Hannibal, MO; and Palmyra, MO. Taking charge in this dazzling production are Jeri Conboy as “Violet,” Prudence Bickhaus as “Doralee,” and Kathy Roderick as “Judy”—the feisty co-workers who fight their horrible boss “Franklin Hart, Jr.,” played by Kevin Jobe. Joining them are Sarah Anderson as “Roz,” J.T. Dozier as “Tinsworthy,” Tracy Fountain as “Maria,” Anna Grywalski as “Missy,” Josh Kollitz as “Bob,” Penny Lock as “Margaret,” Paige Mueller as “Kathy,” David Samuels as “Joe,” and Paul Wood as “Dwayne.”

The ensemble includes Jennifer Benson, Nicole Conetzkey, Sarah Cook, Cheri Dozier, Emma Dust, Mackenzie Finklea, Rachel Foster, Beth Izzo, Deena Kroeger, Allison McClean, Julie Regner, Patrick Regner, Dominic Regner, Brooks Scholfield, Sharon Tieken, Jenny Wellman, Olivia Wilson, Kimi Yuchs, Christian Zwick.

9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL is under the direction of Managing Artistic Director Lenny Bart, with Music/Vocal Director Michael Saul and Choreographer Cheryl Kaiser. Scenic and lighting design is by Technical Director Paul Denckla with costumes by resident designer Anna Grywalski. Donna Haire serves as the stage manager.
