New HGTV Show Being Produced in St. Louis is “Call the Closer”
If you watch a lot of HGTV, there's a new show you need to watch out for that's being produced in St. Louis. It's called "Call the Closer" and features a St. Louis realtor and her family.
I saw this mentioned on Realtor that Lauren Risley and her family will be the hosts for a show where she'll work with those looking for a home and help them find a fixer upper that they can turn into the home they dream of. It's a premise similar to Property Brothers where the idea is to show people how difficult it can be to find a home with your current budget that's move-in ready and find a home that needs work for less money.
Lauren's own YouTube channel is apparently part of the reason HGTV decided to give her this gig.
Fox 2 Now did a story on Lauren and what she wants "Call the Closer" to be. They quote Lauren saying..."I work with my team to design and renovate and turn their house into the home of their dreams. That’s why they call me the closer."
The producers of the show shared the good news of the St. Louis production on Facebook this past summer.
The official HGTV website for Call the Closer shows they're already 8 episodes in with new ones that air at 9p our time. It'll be interesting to see how a HGTV show in our neck of the woods develops over the years. Let's hope it's a big success for Lauren and her family.
