Hannibal Police used a tire deflation device to stop the vehicle. Police say the driver—33 year old Steven Snyder fled on foot and was apprehended after a brief pursuit. Officers say Snyder was found in possession of a large quantity of a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine.
