Missouri Considering Changes to Inmates’ Visitation Policies

Missouri parents who are in prison could be able to spend more time with their children under legislation that's moving through the Missouri House. The measure that got first-round approval yesterday would set up a test program that'd provide transportation for children to visit their parents if they live more than 50 miles away from the prison.
