Man Falls Three Stories to His Death in Hannibal Thursday

A man reportedly fell three stories to his death in Hannibal Thursday morning.

Marion County Coroner Darrell McCoy reports the incident occurred about 6:30 a.m. Thursday at Levering Regional Health Care.

McCoy identified the victim only as a 45 year old man. It is not known if the man was a resident, a visitor or an employee of the home.

Hannibal Police say only that they have begun a preliminary death investigation.
