Safe Kids Adams County and All Our Kids Network hosts a Car Seat Round Up event in the parking lot at Sam’s Club in Quincy from 10 a.m. till noon.

Former St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay is the keynote speaker at Quincy University’s 155th Commencement ceremony at 3 p.m.
