Loafers Car Club Annual Spring Show in Hannibal Saturday

There's lots to do around the area this weekend, with QU's Commencement, the Loafers Car Show, and the annual Stamp Out Hunger event leading the way.

Quincy University’s Aviation Club hosts its 15th annual Fly-In/Drive-In breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Great River Aviation Hangar at Quincy Regional Airport.

The 23rd annual Loafers Car Club show runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on North Main Street in Hannibal.

The National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger event takes place today in communities throughout the area.

The Relay for Life of Marion County’s 13th annual Princess Tea begins with check in at 9:30 at the Sesquicentennial Building in Flower City Park in Palmyra.

There’s a Beginning Watercolor Workshop at the Hannibal Arts Council from 9:30 to 3:30 with Brenda Beck Fisher.

Safe Kids Adams County and All Our Kids Network hosts a Car Seat Round Up event in the parking lot at Sam’s Club in Quincy from 10 a.m. till noon.

Former St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay is the keynote speaker at Quincy University’s 155th Commencement ceremony at 3 p.m.
