Kahoka Police Officer Convicted of Pointing Gun at Daughter

A part time Kahoka police officer is found guilty of third degree domestic assault in a bench trial Thursday.

43 year old Michele Miller of Memphis was convicted in Scotland County Circuit Court in Memphis.

Miller is alleged to have pointed a handgun at her daughter in a threatening manner on August 2nd of last year.

Sentencing for Miller is set for June 20th.
