Is Mahomes the lock to win another NFL MVP, will Lamar Jackson go back to back, or maybe a WR gets the award this year? Here is who I am betting on winning the NFL MVP this season...

If you want to watch and listen to me break down my argument for who I think you should bet to win the NFL MVP this next year, check out my YouTube video below.

The best player in the league doesn't always win the NFL MVP award, a lot goes into why a player wins the award. The player has to WIN, the more wins you have the more likely you are to have the award. You have to put up big numbers, the more records you set and numbers you put up, the more likely you are to go home with the trophy. And finally, you have to have a good story, a comeback, you finally break through, or you did it all with no help, that helps you win the award.

That's why I am betting on the Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen to be the 2024/2025 NFL MVP. You can get him at +800 this morning on the FanDuel Sportsbook, and I think its a safe, smart, winning bet.

1. He has never won the award. 2nd best QB in the league behind Mahomes, his contemporaries Jackson and Mahomes have already won.

2. He lost Stephon Diggs, the loss of Diggs is a GOOD thing for Allen's MVP Campaign, he will have to do more with less talent.

3. Schedule, the schedule for the Bills puts him in a lot of big primetime matchups like early season primetime games versus the Dolphins, Jaguars, Ravens,  and Jets. This team won 11 games last year, and I predict they can win 12 games this year.

If Allen can win the division, put up big numbers, and do it all without a star WR, that is the recipe for an MVP season.
