Mystery Person Just Won $50,000 at Tiny Missouri Gas Station

Someone in Missouri just had a weekend that was more productive than the rest of us. A mystery someone stopped by a tiny Missouri gas station and left $50,000 richer, but they seem to be unaware of their good fortune.

According to the Missouri Lottery, someone stopped by this small gas station just north of Joplin on Saturday, August 16, 2025 and picked up a ticket that will change their life for the better. Their Powerball ticket had these numbers on it which we now know is worth a cool $50,000.

There's just one small problem with this person's ticket

According to the Missouri Lottery, they don't know they won yet as this ticket is listed on their Unclaimed Prizes page. The good news is whoever has the winning ticket has a full six months to step forward and claim their $50,000 (minus taxes). The bad news is the more time that goes by before they realize they won, the more likely that ticket will get misplaced which would be a crying shame. Are you the lucky winner?
