2-Year-Old Girl Tragically Drowned at Missouri’s Table Rock Lake
Details are sparce at this time, but there is confirmation from authorities that a 2-year-old girl has tragically drowned at Table Rock Lake in Missouri.
Troop D of the Missouri Highway Patrol has confirmed that a 2-year-old girl who's name has not been shared drowned at Table Rock Lake. According to their official report, the young girl was not wearing a floatation device and there is no understanding as of this writing how she made it into the water or who was with her.
The report did add that after she was recovered from the water on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, she was taken to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City where Dr. Gene Peir made the announcement of her passing.

Missouri Highway Patrol Troop D reports that this is the 2nd drowning they've responded to so far in 2023.
