The problem is no one has jumped up and down and screamed "I won the lottery!" yet to claim their prize which is why the Missouri Lottery now has this huge amount of money on their Unclaimed Prizes page. The good news is it's still early. Missouri Lottery winners have six months from the time of the drawing to claim their prize before it's forfeited into the state's educational fund.
