Missouri’s Festive Gem Named ‘Most Christmassy’ Town in U.S.
Can there only be one? Apparently, yes, and the experts have spoken to which town in Missouri has the most Christmas in the entire state.
🎄 What Town is #1 for Christmas in Missouri? 🎄
If you said Branson, you get a star for the day. It's not a shocking surprise that Branson was picked, the whole town goes all out when it comes to anything Christmas. MixBook ranked the top survey of 3,000 families to find where the most Christmassy town is. They ranked Branson at 45, with Pigeon Forge, Durango Colorado, and Lake Placid taking the top three spots.
Why is Branson so Great?
There is so much to do in Branson. From the Ozark Christmas Mountain, Christmas stage shows to take in, Christmas Lighy displays to check out, and Silver Dollar City all decked out in Christmas light it's truly a sight to see.
I have never had the chance to visit Branson during the holiday season, but I would like to take a long weekend away to experience it and see the Christmas store that has over 125 trees. Just saying.

Two Illinois towns make this list, too: Galena (no surprise) and Naperville. Those might be somewhat closer than Branson, but either way, you can travel during the holidays to enjoy different Christmas displays.
