Inaguration Day in Jefferson City for Governor Nixon
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri Governor Jay Nixon officially begins his second term today. He will take his oath of office at noon. A parade and other events are planned on what's expected to be a cold day in Jefferson City.
