The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Macon released its numbers for the recent Fourth of July holiday weekend Thursday.

Officials with Troop B report that troopers investigated 22 traffic crashes over the long holiday weekend, resulting in 15 injuries and no fatalities.

Troopers also investigated one boating crash, resulting in one injury.

Preliminary totals also show that troopers made 16 DWI arrests, two boating while intoxicated arrests, and six drug arrests.

The Fourth of July weekend ran from 6 p.m. June 30th through midnight July 4th.
