Hamilton Man Injured After Car Strikes Pole

(Ursa, Ill)— Adams County  Deputies report a Hamilton man goes to the hospital after his SUV crashes into a utility pole near Ursa.

84 year-old Raymond Todd lost control of his vehicle just after 2 p.m. today on Highway 96 near North 2450^th Avenue.  The SUV crossed both lanes of traffic, leaving the roadway and striking a utility pole.

Todd sustained moderate injuries and went by ambulance to Blessing Hospital.

Deputies charged Todd with Improper Lane Usage.
