Greg McVey, Culver-Stockton College director of athletics, has been named to the National Administrative Council (NAC) of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

The NAC helps to shape policy at the highest level of the NAIA with committees governing rules and ratings, championships, awards and statistics, and experience and enhancement.

McVey will serve as the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) representative for a three-year term. He will serve on the Experience and Enhancement Committee, which sets policy and procedures pertaining to national championship branding, contest management, conduct in competition, student-athlete experience, opportunities and development outside of sports competition.

The NAC conducts its business annually at the NAIA and National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) conventions. The NACDA convention is scheduled for June 10-15 in Orlando, Florida.

McVey is beginning his fourth year as the head of the Wildcat athletic department.
