The old fashioned Clarksville Christmas Market will take place on December 5th & 6th at the historic Apple Shed in Clarksville, Mo. Wander through over 60 vendors in the Apple Shed filled with an abundant assortment of holiday wares, vintage & antiques, wearable art, floral arrangements, repurposed furniture and accessories, direct sale vendors, hand crafted items, and so much more.

“We wanted this Christmas Market to be unique and different”, stated Joanna Brock, President of the Clarksville Chamber. “The old fashioned market will have live entertainment, activities for the kids and even an indoor fresh cut Christmas tree lot. How about a horse and carriage ride if you join us on Saturday?”

The Clarksville Christmas Market will have all the sights, sounds and smells of the Christmas Season. A Candy Cane Land will host games and activities for the kids and will feature a “Santa Cinema”. The young and young at heart alike will get to watch Christmas favorites on the big screen. A different Holiday movie will run every two hours. Live entertainment, a fashion show and how-to demonstrations will fill the main stage both days. Learn how to decorate a beautiful Christmas tree, make a fresh greenery wreath, prepare the perfect Holiday table scape, make a bow for that wreath or special package or learn how to decorate this season with vintage accessories. Demonstrations will take place both days on the main stage. A Holiday Fashion Show will be presented on Saturday at 2pm. The Fashion Show will feature vintage clothing and accessories from days gone past.

Silver Lake Pines will be setting up a large fresh cut Christmas tree lot inside the Apple Shed. This year you can shop at the Christmas Market and not have to worry about being in the elements. Silver Lake Pines also assures you the best of the freshest local trees you will be able to get this Christmas Season.

Don’t worry about get hungry. The Christmas Market will also have food concessions available, along with fresh hot donuts, homemade peanut brittle, candies and more.
While in historic Clarksville be sure to visit the unique shops and artisans in the area. Santa Land will make its début on December 5th & 6th with the area’s largest display of Christmas in three rooms at City Hall on Howard Street. Be sure to stroll the historic downtown district, featuring the “Christmas Window Tour of Trees”. Over 20 shop windows will be transformed into an old time Christmas.

Come experience the magic of an old time Christmas in Clarksville on December 5th & 6th. Admission to the Clarksville Christmas Market is just $2.00, children 12 & under free. Hours of the Christmas Market are Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-4.
