Circus Not Coming to Hannibal Today

(Hannibal) – If you have a ticket to see the circus in Hannibal today … it’s no good.
Officials with Clemens Field say they were contacted several months ago by a circus about coming to Clemens Field for performances today. However, there was never a contract signed, and no permits were ever purchased from the city.
Officials say the circus arrived today and tried to set up and get the necessary permits, but when they were told that could not happen today, they left the area.
