Burton Barn Fire

(BURTON)—Fire Thursday damages two barns near Burton. Tri-township and Payson/Fall Creek volunteer fire departments were called out. Assistant Fire Chief  Darren Smith says one barn was on fire when as his crew arrived.
Crews saved an adjacent barn but flying embers from the first fire set second barn full of round hay bales on fire.
Firefighter had to shuttle water to the scene from a half mile away.
