Bonkers In Quincy Closing Their Doors
Posted on their Facebook, Bonkers Quincy has announced that they are closing their doors for good.
It seems that the pandemic is to blame for the permanent closure. With being closed for so many weeks (really months) the popular family entertainment place has been to close.
Here is the full Facebook statement:
To our Bonkers Quincy Friends & Family,
We are sad to announce that Bonkers Quincy will not reopen. It has been our pleasure and privilege to serve our community and celebrate generations of birthday parties and provide thousands of days filled with smiles and fun. Over the last few years, we have been making improvements to Bonkers preparing for the future, but the global pandemic changed those plans. We would like to thank you for your years of support, and we will miss being a part of the Quincy community. If you ever want to experience a fun Bonkers day, remember that we still have locations in Topeka, KS, and Columbia, MO. Thank you again for creating as many memories for us as we hope to have created for you.
My girls and I really enjoyed going to Bonkers, it was great for parents because kids could burn off some energy, and great for kids to have a place that they can burn off some energy. We can only hope that someone buys the building and keeps it as some sort of games, and play arena for families.
