Adams County Ameren Customers Without Power Sunday Night

An investigation is underway into the cause of a power outage in Adams County late Sunday night.

Ameren Illinois reported about 10 p.m. Sunday about 6,700 customers were without power in Adams County, with reports of outages in Quincy, Lorraine and Liberty.

Ameren reports power was restored just after midnight Monday.
