Hannibal Chamber Celebrates Local Business Community [Audio]

The annual celebration of the local business community takes place Saturday, January 18, as the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce holds its annual meeting.

Along with a time of networking, the get-together is a time for looking back on the accomplishments of the past year and looking forward to all the things that make this community unique.

For most folks that come to the annual meeting, the highlight is the awards that are handed out. Among the honors that will be handed include the New Business of the Year and the Community Betterment Award. The most anticipated award of the night is the Pacesetter award, which honors an individual who has stood out in the community.
