Investigators are looking for the cause of an early morning fire Wednesday that damaged J&J’s Roadhouse in Bowling Green.

Fire crews were called to the scene shortly before 6 a-m. Bowling Green fire Chief Adam Mitalovich says the fire started in the kitchen. Firefighters went in through the front door of the restaurant and tried to save as much as they could. The kitchen is a total loss. Four volunteer fire departments were called to the scene.
