Edina Police Issue Endangered Person Advisory

Edina Police issue an endangered person advisory for a two year old girl.
Police say 2 year old Lilly Feutz is missing following a February 28th incident at the Edina Apartments. Feutz was last seen during a trial home visit with her non-custodial mother. The mother made statements indicating she was en-route to Springfield Missouri and failed to return the child to the Missouri Children’s Division. Police say possible suspects or associates are believed to be 37 year old Donna Lynn Ringhoffer. She’s described as 5’2” and 150 pounds with dark hair. Lilly Feutz has brown hair… brown eyes and a half inch scar under her chin. Contact Edina Police or local law enforcement if you know of their whereabouts.
