The Chicago Bears have traded QB Justin Fields and now need to draft a QB, but they can't just draft any QB, if they don't draft this one QB with the #1 pick they will regret it dearly...

If you have ZERO desire to read my thoughts on this subject (don't worry, I get it) you can listen and watch me talk about my thoughts on Da Bears QB situation in the YouTube video below...

If you're still with me, kudos to you, so let me explain further why the Bears NEED to draft Caleb Williams and no other QB in this year's draft.

When the Chicago Bears traded up to draft Mitch Trubisky as the 1st QB taken in the 2017 NFL Draft we didn't know at the time that they passed on the most unique QB of all time in Patrick Mahomes. Since Patrick Mahomes came into the league, he has officially changed the way we look at the QB position, and has been dominant. Since 2017 NO QB prospect has been comparable to Patrick Mahomes until now...Caleb Williams is comparable to Mahomes.

If the Chicago Bears pass on Caleb Williams the franchise may never recover if he goes on to be Mahomes 2.0 (or even 85% of Mahomes). If the Bears take Drake Maye and Williams goes on to win in Washington, the only way it isn't a disaster for the Bears is IF Maye wins a Super Bowl in Chicago.

If the Bears draft Williams and he underperforms and never wins at the level he is projected to win at, fine, that will be a bummer (a huge bummer), but we can recover from that. If we pass on him and he is a Hall of Fame player somewhere else the Bears may have to just move to London and change their name...
