The last of the defendants charged in the death of a Hannibal convenience store clerk in 2013 pleaded guilty Monday.

Cuda Dodd pleaded guilty to second degree murder and first degree robbery in Adair County Court. His trial was to have begun August 24th.

Dodd, along with Michael Studer, Gary Wiltermood, Amanda Lehenbauer and Krystal Tressler, were arrested and charged in connection with the armed robbery of the Abel’s on Shinn Lane and shooting death of store clerk Adrienne Arnett October 8th, 2014.

Dodd is scheduled for sentencing September 6th. The other four are all serving prison sentences ranging from 12 to 25 years.
