Warrant Issued in Late November Quincy Shooting

Quincy Police say a warrant has been issued following a November 28th shooting.  23 year old Nicholas Gavin is wanted on a warrant charging him with attempted first degree murder following an early morning shooting near 4th and Chestnut. The victim identified by police as 33 year old Robert Phillips was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment. Gavin is a black male 5’8” 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
