(MONTICELLO)—An Edina man faces charges following a car fire last November. Lewis County Sheriff David Parrish says 40 year old Mark Miller is alleged to have placed an incendiary device in a Ford Mustang causing it to catch fire on November 21st. A volunteer fireman passing by noticed the flames and put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. Miller is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle. He’s held in the Lewis County Jail on 10 thousand dollars cash only bond.
