Two Meth Arrests on South Third in Quincy

Use of a search warrant by West Central Illinois Task Force agents at 300 South Third #126 Thursday morning results in two arrests.

West Central Illinois Task Force agents, Adams County Sheriff’s deputies and Quincy Police served a warrant that led to the arrest of 32 year old Gary Toolate and 32 year old Amanda Hester.

Task Force agents say methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized. Toolate and Hester were taken to the Adams County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
