Two Marijuana Arrest Near Liberty

West Central Illinois Task Force Agents report two arrests following the discovery of a large marijuana growing operation near Liberty.

Agents found the operation on the upper floor of a house at 1593 N 900th in eastern Adams County. Hydroponic equipment, several pounds of processed marijuana, containers of nutrients and fertilizer and over 40 marijuana plants were seized.

Agents say two residents of that address, 42-year-old Roger Strieker and 44-year-old Nancy Taylor are charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Strieker and Taylor were taken to the Adams County Jail.
