Two Hannibal Men Face Charges After Car Hits a Building

A hit and run crash early this (TU) morning in Hannibal results in two arrests.
Hannibal Police responded for an alarm at Prestige Realty at #8 Diamond Boulevard where a vehicle damaged the building and was driven from the scene. The vehicle was located less than an hour later just outside Hannibal city limits. Police say 23 year old James Astorino of Hannibal was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident. 23 year old Thomas Rodgers of Hannibal received a citation for interfering with an investigation. Hannibal Police were assisted by Marion County Sheriff’s deputies.
