Talburt Pleads Not Guilty to Multiple Charges

A Quincy man pleads not guilty Tuesday to multiple charges in connection with a July incident.

21 year old Kerry Talburt II is charged with home invasion, aggravated battery, reckless conduct, criminal trespass of a residence and obstructing justice.

Talburt is alleged to have gotten into an altercation with a neighbor, allowing his dog to bite the neighbor in the face. Talburt is also alleged to have given false information to police.

Talburt’s case was placed on the December jury trial docket.
