A Quincy man Wednesday waived his right to a preliminary hearing on robbery and theft charges.

32 year old Justin Summers is alleged to have robbed a Quincy home with Edwin Barnstead, Jr. on November 16th, 2015.

Barnstead beat Patrick Forbes to death during the robbery. He pleaded guilty to first degree murder in August and was sentenced to 26 ½ years in prison in September.

Summers had been granted immunity in the murder case in exchange for a guilty plea on the robbery charge.

Summers will be arraigned February 22nd.
