Quincy Police Arrest Two at 16th and Madison

(QUINCY)—Two Quincy residents face charges following their arrest at 1:23 Saturday morning at 16th and Madison.

Quincy Police say 23-year-old Louis Jenkins is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, fleeing/attempting to elude a peace officer, no valid driver’s license and a stop line violation.

Police also arrested 18-year-old Sadie Foust of Quincy for unlawful use of a weapon. Both were taken to the Adams County Jail.
