A Quincy native and longtime writer and editor for a nationally known conservative website has entered the race to replace Aaron Schock in Congress.

Mike Flynn turned in petitions Monday afternoon to enter the Republican primary for the special election to fill out the term of Schock, who resigned his seat March 31.
