Quincy Meth Precursor Arrests

(QUINCY) –Two Quincy residents are in custody following a methamphetamine investigation started in March by the West Central Illinois Task Force.

Agents say 33-year-old Amanda Rathburn and 37-year-old Matthew Mayes of 615 Harrison were arrested Monday on outstanding Adams County warrants on meth precursor charges.

Rathburn and Mayes were taken to the Adams County Jail. Quincy Police and Adams County Sheriff’s deputies assisted.
