Quincy Couple Arrested on Meth Charges
A Quincy couple was arrested Wednesday on meth related charges.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Illinois Task Force report the execution of a search warrant at 402 Oak uncovered meth manufacturing waste and items that tested positive for methamphetamine.
As a result, 41-year-old James Shoop, Jr. and 33-year-old Hannah Shoop were taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of meth and meth waste.
Court records indicate that both the Shoops were out on bond for a 2013 meth possession case.
