Probable Cause Found in Animal Sexual Abuse Case

Probable cause was found to hold a Quincy man for trial on charges of sexual conduct with an animal.

At a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Adams County Circuit Court, Judge Robert Adrian ruled that 48 year old Robert Walker should stand trial in connection with an incident that took place July 27th.

Walker is alleged to have posted on Facebook that he had sexually abused a dog after it had destroyed a garden hose and attacked his dog.

Walker testified that the Facebook post was a joke.

Arraignment for Walker is set for October 25th.
