Pickup Hits House on South 8th in Quincy

Three people are recovering from injuries after a pickup truck went off South 8th and hit a house at 1005 South 8th early Monday evening.

Witnesses tell Quincy Police that the driver, 19-year-old William Vahle of Canton, was driving erratically before going off the street and hitting the house. Both the residence and the vehicle sustained extensive damage.

The crash remains under investigation.
