Payson Woman Arrested on Deceptive Practice and Drug Charges

A Payson woman is held on deceptive practice and drug charges following her arrest Monday.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies and West Central Illinois Task Force agents arrested 29 year old Kristi Roark—also known as Kristi Flesner on a Brown County warrant charging her with 32 counts of deceptive practice. During a search, Roark was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Roark was taken to the Adams County Jail on the meth charge. A child in the home at the time of the arrest was turned over to a family member.
