Page Pleads Not Guilty to Domestic Battery Charges

A Roselle, Illinois man pleads not guilty Wednesday to charges filed in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident.

In Adams County Circuit Court, 35 year old Kendrick Page pleaded not guilty to aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Page is alleged to have struck and pulled the hair of 29 year old Ashley Wilson of Burlington, Iowa last August 16th.

Wilson is alleged to have retaliated by shooting at Page as he drove a pickup truck at Fourth and Hampshire in Quincy.

Wilson has been charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm. Her arraignment is set for February 23rd.

Page’s case has been placed on the April jury trial docket.
