Not Guilty Plea Entered in Quincy Murder Case

A Quincy teen facing first degree murder charges pleads not guilty.
Roger Parker Jr. entered the plea Tuesday in Adams County Circuit Court. Parker is accused of shooting Darrell Kelley Jr. in the 600 block of Sycamore on September 26^th of 2019. He faces three charges of first degree murder. A status hearing in the case is set for April 24^th. Parker turned himself in the next day.
