The first night a new K-9 Unit was on patrol in Pike County, Illinois, they made a significant drug bust.
When Pleasant Hill Police K9 Officer Ryan Crowder observed a suspicious parked vehicle Friday night, he made contact with the driver. Crowder’s K-9 ” Dobby” alerted on the vehicle.

A search revealed approximately 70 grams of methamphetamine and 348 grams of cannabis.

The Pike Co. Sheriff office says 57 year-old Roger Pace of Grafton, Illinois was arrested on charges of possession of meth and cannabis with intent to deliver. Pace was taken to the Pike County Jail.
