Missouri Antlerless Deer Harvest Numbers Up

The Missouri Department of Conservation has released the numbers for the antlerless portion of the fall firearms deer season.

A total of 7,728 deer were harvested, about 1,200 more than last season.

The leading counties for the antlerless harvest were Callaway County with 250, Macon County with 214 and Pike County with 207.

The antlerless season ran December 1st through the 3rd.

The archery season continues through January 15th.
