Miss Adams County Fair Gets Second Runner Up in State Pageant

The 2016 Adams County Fair Queen competed in the Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant in Springfield over the weekend.

18 year old Emma Hildebrand of Mendon was named second runner up in the competition that wrapped up Sunday.

71 other county fair queens had been vying for the State County Fair Queen title since Friday.

This is the second year in a row that an Adams County Fair Queen took second runner up honors. Last year, Stephanie Dearwester represented Adams County in the state pageant.
