A Hannibal man pleads guilty to weapons charges Tuesday in connection with an incident in Hannibal a year ago.

The Courier Post reports Michael Hagan pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful use of a weapon in Monroe County Circuit Court.

Hagan is alleged to have waved a loaded gun in a threatening manner in a room full of people and pointing it directly at one person.

Sentencing is set for June 9. Hagan could face up to eight years in prison.
