Meth Arrest on North Sixth in Quincy

A Quincy woman faces methamphetamine and child endangerment charges following the discovery of a shake and bake meth lab in a residence at 1230 North Sixth at 9:51 Thursday evening.

Quincy Police say use of a search warrant resulted in the discovery of a meth lab and items associated with meth production. 30-year-old Kristi Evans was taken to the Adams County Jail. Police say a young child was also in the house resulting in the child endangerment charge.

Adams County Sheriffs Deputies and the West Central Illinois Task Force assisted.
