Memorial Day Enforcement Results

(MACON)—Missouri Highway Patrol troopers say they worked a total of 24 traffic crashes in Troop B in northeast Missouri over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Those crashes resulted in five injuries. Troopers say they issued a total of 584 summons for speeding… 147 tickets were issued for seat belt violations and there were 17 arrests for driving under the influence. Troopers assisted 198 motorists during the long holiday weekend.
