Illinois School for Visually Impaired Instructor Jailed for Sexual Abuse
An instructor at the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired is jailed for alleged sexual conduct with a student.
Illinois State Police investigators report the arrest Thursday of 28-year-old James Strader, a rehabilitation and mobility instructor at the Jacksonville, Illinois school.
Strader is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a student who is older than 13.
According to Morgan County State’s Attorney Robert Bonjean III, formal charges should be filed next week.
