National Rifle Association members and other anti-gun control activists have gathered for a rally on the banks of the Missouri River.A large crowd rallied on the Capitol's east side yesterday for a protest against gun control executive orders President Barack Obama proposed Wednesday. Kenny Parks of Hannibal organized the event in less than two weeks. He says the rally is an expression of support for the 2nd amendment's constitutional right to bear arms.
